Thank you for your comments. I think there is a difference between generalising and pointing out a whole social structure that has been influencing how men and women interact with each other for centuries, even millennia. Criticising this pattern does not mean that men are inherently "bad", but rather that many of them have been socialised to treat women as inferior. In fact, these behaviours and thinking patterns have become so ingrained in our society that many males and females aren't even consciously aware of this inequality.
That being said, I agree with you that some of the comments under this article have been spreading hate towards men in general. That is certainly not ok, as the purpose of feminism is equality of both sexes. Hate is never the answer.
