Yes, there are issues (such as unpaid labour), but it can be also a choice to stay at home and tend to one’s family. A woman can enjoy that and be a feminist. What is important in such case is for example that the husband is willing to put up a pension fond for his wife to compensate her work at home and her financial disadvantage. Of course, such private arrangements are not perfect, but they can be the first step to bigger, institutional changes.
